The cards are freely mixed by both performer and participant.<\/p>\n<p>The participant is then asked to privately think of a single word from a list of twelve &#8211; something personal, silent, and unspoken &#8211; and to remember both the word and the number beside it. No information is given aloud.<\/p>\n<p>A small selection of the cabinet cards is laid openly on the table, and a connection to the Summerland is established.<\/p>\n<p>Without questions.<br \/>Without fishing.<br \/>Without guessing.<br \/>And nothing is written down.<\/p>\n<p>The performer reveals the exact word the participant is merely thinking of &#8211; as though gently assisted by something beyond the room.<\/p>\n<p>Only then does the story deepen.<\/p>\n<p>A seance journal is opened, dated November 1890, describing the unexplained appearance of a single cabinet photograph &#8211; a boy who was never invited, never summoned, and never spoke.
