In 1914 Houdini performed at the Hippodrome Theater in New York City. Even though the audience was astonished, he never performed it again.<\/p>\n
Masons constructed on stage a brick wall. Houdini stepped behind a small screen placed against the wall as the audience watched every move. A second later he appeared on the other side of the wall.<\/p>\n
I am now going to attempt this same trick with a brick wall facsimile and a deck of cards. One card will be freely selected and signed. The card is now placed back into the deck and the deck is replaced into the card box.<\/p>\n
The box of cards are now placed on the brick wall facsimile.<\/p>\n
The spectator removed the box of cards, lifts the card board brick way to find his signed card. The card has passed thru the wall.<\/p>\n
Easy to do. The mechanical deck does all the work.<\/p>\n
