Purchase Terms

There is no minimum purchase requirement in the Strixmagic online store.

All prices include VAT. By submitting the order, the customer transmits to Strixmagic a purchase proposal for the selected product or products.

Submitting the purchase order implies consent (pursuant to Article 10 of Legislative Decree 185/1999) to receive subsequent communications from Strixmagic described below, which are intended exclusively for the conclusion and execution of the sales contract.

Strixmagic reserves the right to accept or decline the customer’s order proposal. You will automatically receive confirmation that your order has been submitted. In case of non-acceptance of the customer’s proposal, Strixmagic undertakes to inform of the non-acceptance within 24 hours.

By submitting the order form, you will receive an automatic order confirmation via email. This order confirmation serves only to notify receipt of the electronic order and does not constitute formal acceptance of the order.

The price applied will be the one set at the time of the order.

Given the particularly rapid changes in the market, it is possible that some offers or items may be sold out in the meantime or have undergone particularly significant price changes. In such cases, we reserve the right to contact you as soon as possible to offer an alternative product or price, or to cancel the order (without penalties for either party).

The terms of sale may be subject to changes due to new laws or company directives without prior notice. The customer agrees to read and accept the aforementioned terms with each order submitted.

Warranties:

All products sold by Strixmagic are covered by the manufacturer’s official 30-day warranty from the date of purchase. To use it, the customer must keep the invoice that will be received together with the purchased products.

Complaints:

Any complaints must be addressed to Strixmagic.

Applicable Law:

The sales contract between the customer and Strixmagic is considered concluded in Italy and governed by Italian Law.

Liability:

It is understood that Strixmagic assumes no responsibility regarding the use that the customer intends to make of the purchased goods. In case of defective or non-functioning goods, Strixmagic will only be responsible for replacement. Under no circumstances will Strixmagic be held liable for lost profits due to the inability to use the purchased products.

Right of Withdrawal:

The law (Legislative Decree 22/05/99 No. 185) guarantees the customer the right to withdraw from the purchase contract. To exercise this right, the customer must send a communication to Strixmagic to this effect within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the ordered goods. Subsequently, the customer must wait for communication from Strixmagic regarding the return procedures for the purchased item and proceed with the return within 48 hours.

The right of withdrawal is subject to the following conditions:

– Our business is based on selling essentially a secret, information, so we accept returns only if the item is defective or damaged.

– the right of withdrawal does not apply to audiovisual products, products with online instructions, digital products in the Download section, and books;

– the right of withdrawal also does not apply to products (of any kind) purchased at a discount or on promotion.

– the purchased item must be intact and returned carefully packaged, complete with all original parts;

– as required by law, shipping costs will be borne by the customer;

– upon arrival at the warehouse, the product will be examined to assess any damage or tampering (the substantial integrity of the returned item is an essential condition for exercising the right of withdrawal);

– Strixmagic will replace the returned product or issue a purchase voucher of equal value to the returned item within the legal timeframe (30 working days).

Promotions and Discounts:

Strixmagic reserves the right to offer discounts or promotions on any catalog item.

Any promotion may be modified or removed by Strixmagic without prior notice and at any time

Electronic Delivery of Paid Video Tutorials:

By accepting the terms and conditions of purchase, the buyer declares under their own responsibility not to distribute in any way and in any form the videos purchased and downloaded through our paid download service, but to use them solely and exclusively for personal use.

The videos are the property of the producer and uploading them (i.e., uploading them) to platforms of any kind is strictly prohibited, such as:

Social Networks (any type)

YouTube or other similar channels

Any peer-to-peer platform

Violators will be reported to the competent authorities and prosecuted according to the law!
