LOCAL PICKUP

Strixmagic is an online store.

If you are in the area, you can place your order online and select Local Pickup on the Shipping page

Once your order is ready for pickup, you will be notified via email or phone

SHIPPING

Shipping takes place within 72 hours of the order or receipt of payment.

Ordered packages are shipped in Italy with SDA and abroad with DHL or UPS: delivery takes place in 24/48 working hours to the indicated address.

For the Islands and the Calabria region, delivery times can be 72 working hours.

Shipping includes a tracking code.

When the courier takes charge of the package, we will send you a link to track your order while it is out for delivery.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

• There is no minimum purchase order.

• The shipping cost is €9.90

• The cost of cash on delivery (i.e., payment upon delivery) is 3.5% of the order amount. The minimum cost is €3.50 and must be added to the shipping cost (under €100)

• Over €99.90, shipping is on us! In case of cash on delivery, you will only pay the service fee

• The order can be picked up on-site for free by selecting "Local Pickup". We will contact you to agree on the pickup day.

• It is possible to order by phone from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM by calling 375.50.23.503.

WARNINGS:

When the package is sent, we will send you the shipping code (Tracking) via email. This way you can track the shipment directly on GLS, SDA, or BRT and check the delivery.

If the package has not yet been delivered 1 or 2 days after shipping, recheck the shipment via the tracking code or notify us so we can resolve the issue.

To avoid inconveniences, we recommend that someone be present at the address indicated for delivery.

In case of non-delivery due to "recipient absent", the courier will try a second time.

In case of further absence of the recipient, the courier will leave the package in storage at the local branch. Call us and we will resolve it

In case of your absence, we advise you to enter as the shipping address your work address or someone who can pick it up for you at the time of ordering. In the case of cash on delivery, don't forget to leave the money to give to the courier

For your convenience, we can activate a Hold for Pickup at the courier branch closest to you; just write the address to us at the time of ordering.

Should the package come back to us for reasons related to a wrong or incomplete address or an absent recipient, you will have to pay for the return shipping and the new shipment.

International: Express Shipping to Europe: Delivery time 3/5 days. High weight or volume will increase shipping fee, anyway we will advise you before shipping.

Download Products: There are no shipping costs for virtual products. Products in the Download section are therefore sent electronically; nothing will be physically sent to your home.

By accepting the terms and conditions of purchase, the buyer declares under their own responsibility not to disseminate in any way or form the videos and ebooks purchased and downloaded through our paid download, but to use them solely and exclusively for personal use.

The videos are the property of the producer and it is strictly forbidden to upload them to platforms of any kind such as:

• Social Networks (Any type)

• YouTube or other similar channels

• Any peer-to-peer platform

Videos and ebooks are personalized based on the customer who purchased them and are therefore easily traceable. Violators will be reported to the competent authority and prosecuted according to the law.
